Chelsea Clinton’s Wedding Dress Designed by Vera Wang

Chelsea Clinton is now a married woman. Today she said yes to Marc Mezvinsky, 32, in Rhinebeck, N.Y. Chelsea Clinton did probably wear a beautiful wedding dress designed by Vera Wang. It was a classic white dress with a flower-like ornament on the belt. As far as the wedding jewelry is concerned: She was wearing beautiful earrings, with pearls. After the wedding ceremony, Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton released a statement, as reported by people.com: "Today, we watched with great pride and overwhelming emotion as Chelsea and Marc wed in a beautiful ceremony at Astor Courts, surrounded by family and their close friends. We could not have asked for a more perfect day to celebrate the beginning of their life together, and we are so happy to welcome Marc into our family. On behalf of the newlyweds, we want to give special thanks to the people of Rhinebeck for welcoming us and to everyone for their well-wishes on this special day."

Even tough a lot of stars were expected among the guests, it turned out that more friends than celebrities appeared. There was no Oprah or Obama, but the attendess included Mary Steenburgen, former secretary of state Madeleine Albright, actor Ted Danson, film producer Steven Bing, a couple congressmen and other Politicians, mainly Democrats.
