What Happened To Alanis Morissette's Jagged Little Pill?

I suppose that Miss Morissette has deliberately stopped taking her jagged little pill because US Magazine.com is reporting that the Canadian singer is pregnant with her first child. Miss Morissette, who is recently married, rapper, MC Souleye, broke the news herself. Miss Morissette is 36 and had said all along that she had planned to have children. Miss Morissette did not say when the baby is due, but I suspect that her pregnancy is in the early stages because Miss Morissette did not have a visible baby bump yet.

It seems like years ago, when Miss Morissette was emoting lyrics found on her 1995 album, The Jagged Little Pill. The feminist theme anthem album about an ode to the birth control pill, though it had nothing to do with us guys, still had us toe tapping rhythmically, triggering reflexive humming and dancing.

Miss Morissette also did not say that she knew what the sex of the child was, and if she knew, she did not let the public privy to that personal information. The stalk has been awfully busy among the pop stars lately: Alanis, lily Allen, and Alicia Keys are currently gearing up to learn the nuances of changing diapers, or moreover, to delegate said diaper duties.

Many of us are curious to know what weird name, if any, that Miss Morissette has chosen for her baby - there are those of us who still giggle over one Gwyneth Paltrow’s children’s name, Apple, but I suppose that these celebrities, including Miss Paltrow, have the means for their children with funny names to overcome whatever grief they might suffer on the private school yard.
