As we can see now, Heidi Montag is really regretting her decision to get all those surgeries that she did in November. The one that she is most regretting is the huge breast implants. Not only is she is severe pain due to her surgeries, she thinks the reason her marriage was ruined was due to the surgeries she got.
Spencer Pratt, didn't want her to get any surgeries in the first place. he was against her getting her first breast implants and the other two surgeries she had done. He was also very against her getting all the surgeries she got this past November.
Heidi thinks that due to her getting the surgeries their marriage was spoiled. It was so bad at one point that Spencer had to help Heidi pull down her pants so she could go to the bathroom. When Heidi looks at it in retrospect she understands why their marriage failed. Who wants to have to take care of their wife that much? That's exactly what Heidi is asking herself. She isn't really surprised that their marriage didn't work out.
She wishes she hadn't ever gone through with the surgeries in the first place. Maybe she should have listened to Spencer and to all the other people that objected or thought it was a bad idea.

Even though Heidi's state right now isn't something to laugh at or something to be happy about, it shows that before going under such a tough surgery process one should be 100% sure of the consequences and shouldn't be rash. Surgery isn't just something simple for the body to go through.
The lesson we should all take from this dramatic happening, is to think before our actions, and to really evaluate the pros and cons before we do something that could change the course of our lives forever.
