Lady Gaga thinks her alter ego is Jo Calderone, Jo is the boy form of Gaga. You might ask well who is Jo? There is no actual person who is Jo, it's just Lady Gaga being a male.
Lady Gaga will never cease to shock us with her stunts and costumes. She is quite creative if you look at all her outfits and performances. But on the other hand some things are a bit over the top.
The thing that I admire most about this woman, Lady Gaga, is that she works so hard and has always from the start put all her sweat and blood into making it in the music world. She never gave up and she just kept pursuing her dream.

Not to mention, she writes her own lyrics. She doesn't just sing what somebody else tells her to sing, no, she sings exactly what she writes and she sings it the way she wants to sing it. Obviously her way is successful.
Lady Gaga has had hit after hit song all throughout her career. That is something that really takes work and dedication. The star definitely has dedication.
Her unique and crazy sense of style give everyone something to talk about, and the result is great. She wants and needs publicity and she knows how to get it.
