Have you ever been jealous of the power wielded by Olympic judges with their white cards and the big bold number on them. When something's absolutely phenomenal, they raise a 10 and no one can argue with them.
Those white cards have a way of silencing any argument. It doesn't have to be a 10 to shut people's mouths.
Well, if you have ever longed to be able to wield that kind of power, there's an app for that! PerfectScore does exactly what was described above.
If you wish to score your friend's attempt at a joke, or even your morning coffee, you can just open PerfectScore and do exactly that.
With this app, you have all you need to have a fun contest between your friends or family, or for that matter, between people you don't know. Then, you can use this app to rate the contestants. You will feel very official and your score will stick.

[/caption]To work this app, you open the app, lay it flay and swipe from side to side or up and down to select a score. Then, when you have chosen a score that you wish to use, hold your iPad up to show the world. You can even average the scores of nearby people if they are also using this app.
You can also change the appearance of the numerals.
The app is cheap at $0.99 so it's priced very well, and it's well worth the fun you can have with this app.
The only thing that's bad about this app is that the support website is "coming soon" this means that if you are having problems, well, bad luck. As I covered earlier the lack of sufficient support for an app accounts for an automatic deduction of 2 stars in the rating.
Besides that, however, PerfectScore is a fantastic app and you are sure to find many ways to use it. Also, it's compatible with the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. It requires iOS 3.1 or later and it's iOS 4 tested.
