The new movie from The Chronicles of Narnia is coming out in December, one the 10th. It is going to be the first Narnia movie to be shown in both 3D and 2D. It is also the first Narnia movie to be directed by Michael Apted (The world is Not Enough).

Embedded in the next page are three clips from The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader.

In the first of the three clips, you see Edmund (Skandar Keynes) and a newcomer, Eustace (Will Poulter) and Lucy (Georgie Henley) arguing in front of a painting of a ship which looks like it could be out of Narnia. The painting soon turns real and starts flooding the room.

In the second clip, you see Eustace finding a treasure trove. You see him becoming extremely greedy and snatching up all kinds of treasures. Then you see Edmund and a bearded Prince Caspian (Ben Barnes) trying to find him. Meanwhile, Lucy is on the Dawn Treader, the ship from the painting, and she sees a strange volcano-like fire in the distance. If you have read the books, you know what is happening here.

The third clip shows Caspian, Lucy, Eustace, Edmund and the warrior mouse Reepicheep (voice by Simon Pegg) rowing thorugh a sea of lilies. They are on their way to Aslan's country.

Judging by the footage we have seen so far, The Voyage of the Dawn Treader looks like it's going to beat the first two Narnia movies when it finally hist the box office.

Watch the 3 clips from The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader on the next page.

I'm sure that author C.S. Lewis would be happy to see the way his novels have come to life in these faithful adaptations to the big screen.
