MTV Music Video Award Nominations, Lady Gaga and Eminem

Music awards these days are a very big deal. I mean, they have always been a big deal but more recently they have gotten to become bigger and bigger deals around here.

The MTV video Music Awards which are happening this Sunday, September 12, are sure to be a big hit. As well as being a big hit, they will also be very important for the super stars that are being nominated for awards.

The two artists currently in the battle of winning awards are Lady Gaga and Eminem. Gaga has 13 nominations for awards and Eminem has 8. Lady Gaga has definitely made her way up all the charts and getting 13 nominations is a big deal.
Eminem has definitely stepped it up too. He has been nominated for " Best Male Video," among other categories.

Lady Gaga has not only one video that has been voted as " Video of the Year" but two. " Bad Romance" and " Telephone" have both been nominated. That is such a huge accomplishment. Yes, the winners haven't been picked, but just being nominated for that award for two different videos is quite the accomplishment.

We all have to wait until Sunday to find out who wins what, but as of right now we can tell that Lady Gaga and Eminem are both doing very well.

Eminem has made quite the comeback this year with his new album and Lady Gaga has as per usual made more hits.
