At Noon today, Penn State started playing against Youngstown. Penn State's freshman quarterback, Robert Bolden, showed PSU's excited fan base exactly what they wanted to see. Bolden was solid in a very conservative first quarter. Then, in the second quarter, he showed poise, composure and an accurate throwing arm in the second.

So far, Robert Bolden is doing very well, and is pleasing fans. After a three-and-out by Youngston State, the Nittany Lion's offense got the ball bakc on their own 35-yard line with only 45 seconds remaining on the clock. Bolden completed three straight passes from there, that includes another third-down conversion to Moye. The six-play drive set up a 48-yard field goal by Collin Wagner just as time expired.

For the half, Bolden was 13 of 19 passing for 132 yards, a touchdown and an interception.

The Penn State coach, Joe Paterno may be having his last year with Penn State. He is 83 years old and has lead the charge as head coach of the Penn State Nittany Lions for many years. Both the school and the coach need to do what is best for the team, and that could be for them to part their own separate ways.

Penn State is facing a very tough 2010 schedule, this means that Paterno could call it a career when it's over. He will have had a great career, and ending it this season would be a good decision.
