[/caption]There is a Facebook app for iPhone, however, up until now there hasn't really been one made for the iPad. Friendly is that app which we have been waiting for. It's not affiliated with Facebook in any way, however, it is the perfect Facebook browser for iPad.
Basically Friendly takes the Facebook layout and optimizes it for touch screen use, and for the slightly smaller screen of the iPad as compared to a regular computer. It allows you to easily use Facebook without the hassles of pinching and zooming in on the screen.
The things it allows you to do are:

- Read or write Facebook messages
- Update your status
- View your photos, and friends photos full screen
- View and respond to events
- Keep up with your Facebook notifications
It's got a beautiful layout, and I could even go so far as to say that it's better than using Facebook on your computer. It's just so simple and elegant. You can view photos in full screen, and you can even have them slideshow. That' something that even the normal Facebook website can't do.
One thing that could be added is is the ability to upload photos from your iPad. This would enable you to share more with your friends while on the go.

[/caption]Besides that, it's a great app, very beautiful and absolutely fantastic to use. I wouldn't be surprised if Facebook saw the app and decided to buy it from the developer because it's a lot nicer to use than their iPhone app in many ways.
