Filterstorm is basically the equivalent of Adobe Photoshop with the exception that it's for the iPad. It has all the basic and important features that any serious photographer/photo editor will want with them on the go. It's as good as you can get for a mobile device.

Filterstorm contains a powerful suit of tools which include curves manipulation, color correction abilities, noise reduction, sharpening, vignetting, and black and white conversion fine-tuning. It also includes that ability to apply any of its available filters by brush, color range and gradient.

These are just a few of the general features. This app is absolutely filled to the brim with features and filters that you can apply to your photos.

There are some mighty useful tools on that list. All in all, this app won't replace your desktop computer's editing capabilities, however, if you're on the go, this app is definitely something you'll want in your bag.

At $2.99, this app is affordable to virtually anyone with an iPad. I recommend this app to any photographer who is looking for an app with which they can do professional edits on the go. As well, I recommend this app to just about anyone who enjoys making their pictures look better, or more interesting.
