Steve Jobs introduces the new Apple TV
Steve Jobs shows off the new Apple TV. It delivers movies and and HD TV shows. Not free of charge, but fairly cheap: Usually you can rent a DVD for $4.99 when they are just released. On iTunes you can now download everything for just $0.99. The price used to be $2.99, but as of today it is only $0.99.
You can rent movies with a single click and you have all kinds of reviews, like for example rotten tomatoes, integrated.
This is huge. It puts all the DVD rental companies and the pay per view TV channels out of business overnight.
