[caption id="attachment_8137" align="" width="360" caption="U.S. Open Fight"][/caption]If you thought that fights only happened at basketball games, or maybe soccer games, you were wrong. They happen at tennis games too. At the U.S. Open, a fan caught a fight on video of two spectators.
The fight took place during the match between Novak Djokovic (Serbia) and Philioo Petzschner (Germany). According to online reports, the fight started because a many was using the F word a lot during the game so a woman came over and asked him to refrain from using the word. Apparently, the man didn't want to change the way he talked during the game, so the two started arguing. Things began to get more heated, however it calmed down a bit and both people sat down again.
After this, an older many steps up to participate and he approaches the younger man and slaps him.
That didn't go so well for the older man, as the younger man grabs hold of him and they fall down the row of seats and the stairs. The crowd, at this point went wild and started defending the older man, and security came and tried to figure out what was happening. Security, however, didn't come until it was pretty much over, so the question that remains is, why did it take them so long to get there? Was it because they found the tennis game unentertaining so they wanted to watch the excitement of the fight until it got to a point where they had to step in?

Later a U.S. Tennis Association Spokesman said about the incident, "It's a hot night in New York. Things happen."
The fight took place in the upper deck, caused so much of an uproar that the tennis match that was going on had to be briefly halted.
Embedded below is a video of what took place.
