[/caption]During the Labor Day weekend, Friday, September 3 through Monday, September 6, a Taste of Colorado invites visitors to the largest outdoor event in the state of Colorado. Every year over 500,000 visitors enjoy the food and entertainment. On six stages all kinds of music and theater performances are shown.
Over 50 food establishments from Colorado invite you to taste a variety of foods and culinary delights. In addition over 270 vendors and local artisans offer their unique products. There are also educational programs being delivered, which give insights into the heritage of the region. The festival takes place in the Civic Center Park at the intersection of Colfax Avenue and Broadway in downtown Denver, Colorado.
The opening hours are from 11:30 a.m. – 10 p.m. on Friday, from 10:30 a.m. – 10 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday and from 10:30 a.m. – 8 p.m. on Monday, Labor Day. The event is produced by Downtown Denver Events, Inc, a non-profit organization.
