An alternative to back surgery is Chiropractics. Back surgery actually shouldn’t be done unless it is an extreme case. It should be your absolute last resort. Chiropractors have been helping people with all sorts of body problems for many years in the U.S. A lot of back surgeries could actually have been prevented had the patient gone to see a chiropractor.
If people are having problems with their back it is usually because a nerve is just tangled or got disconnected. Going to see a chiropractor you would get a program that you could do, which would include adjustments, massages and stretching.
I am very thankful for chiropractics since they helped my dad tremendously. A couple years back my dad had this unexplainable numbness in his toes. He went to see a chiropractor and got a
6-week program. Which including going to the chiropractor every second day or so to get adjusted and he would get regular massages. Within six weeks the numbness was gone and he was back to normal. It turned out that there were just some nerves in his back that were twisted and the chiropractics got them all back to normal.
If he would have not know about chiropractics he would have had to go and gotten back surgery which would have not resolved anything and which would have been very risky for his life.
