[/caption]Jodie Fisher, 50 revealed her identity in regards to the sexual harassment scandal which had cost Mark Hurd his job as CEO of Hewlett Packard last Friday.
As businessweek.com reports, Jodie Fisher, the former soft porn actress said, she is "surprised and saddened" that he lost his job over the matter. Based on listings on imdb.com, Jodie Fisher starred in several rather explicit movies. her Internet Movie Database page list her as actress in films like "Intimate Obsession", "Body of Influence 2", "Sheer Passion", and "Silk Stalkings".
That she now sued Mark Hurd for sexual harrassment sounds rather strange especially as she stated:
“I was surprised and saddened that Mark Hurd lost his job over this. That was never my intention,” Fisher, who wasn’t identified until today, said in the statement, according to Business Week. “Mark and I never had an affair or intimate sexual relationship. I first met Mark in 2007 when I interviewed for a contractor job at the company.”
If a woman has starred in porn films, that does not make her free game in regards to sexual harassment, but with a background like that it should be possible to fend off any unfitting approaches.

That after the whole affair seems to have been settled, as nydailynews.com reported, it is somewhat strange that now all the details have been given to the press.
There are also irregularities regarding expense reports related to the sacking of Hurd, as businessinsider.com writes:
"If Hurd defrauded HP by submitting bogus expense reports to cover up a relationship or, worse, embezzled money by having the company fly his love-interest around on the company dime, Hurd should be fired for cause and not get a dime of severance.
If, on the other hand, Hurd has a good explanation for whatever happened, and the incorrect names on the expense reports were oversights by Hurd or his secretary, then he shouldn't have been sacked."
Hewlett Packard's shareholders already got a beating with loosing roughly $10 billion as a result of this situation. The motives for making the sexual harassment story public are not known at this point in time.
