Today at 2:30 PM, Italy is playing against Paraguay. This will be interesting as Italy did win the World Cup just a few years back. This means that Paraguay is going against really trained players. Actually, as of this writing, the line up is starting. So far it's looking good.

Italy's current FIFA rank is 5 while Paraguay is at 31. This seems like an easy win for Italy, no offense toward Paraguay fans, however they might put up a good fight. Who knows, maybe Paraguay will even win. I'd actually like that. It would show the world what's possible when it comes to sports. It would be a mighty good game if that happened.

The Italian team has been facing some injuries from some of their key players, however, I think they'll be able to pull it through. After all, they are the defending champions of the World Cup!

Below are the starting line ups for the two team:
Italy:

Buffon - 1

Criscito - 3

Chiellini - 4

Cannavaro - 5

De Rossi - 6

Pepe - 7

Iaquinta - 9

Gilardino - 11

Marchisio - 15

Zambrotta - 19

Montolivo - 22

Paraguay:

J. Villar - 1

Morel R. - 3

Bonet - 6

Vera - 13

Da Silva - 14

V. Caceres - 15

Riveros - 16

Torres - 17

H. Valdez - 18

Lucas - 19

Alcaraz - 21

With these players all on the field at once, lets see what happens!

This is going to be exciting. I know it, I can feel it in my bones. Italy vs. Paraguay.

So far, Paraguay's team is looking fine while Italy is still suffering injuries and, if they lose De Rossi, their midfield might not look so sturdy. We'll just have to wait and see how they do in today's game.
