Cameron Diaz and Justin Bieber Will Help With the Gulf of Mexico Oil Spill

The Oil Spill that happened in the Gulf of Mexico has been getting a lot of publicity and people talk about it all the time. There seems to be a lot of talk but not that much doing about handling the situation. That’s why a lot of Hollywood stars are about to do something about this problem and help out with what they can.

This Monday a telethon will be hosted that will benefit the victims of the oil spill. Participating in this telethon will be Cameron Diaz and Justin Bieber. Other stars are also going to appear on this telethon that will be a special two-hour edition of Larry King Live. The other stars that are set to appear are: Ted Danson, Lenny Kravitz, Randy Jackson, Jenny McCarthy, Tim McGraw, Alyssa Milano, Robert Redford, Ian Somerhalder, Melania and Ivanka Trump, Victoria Principal, Edward James Olmos, Pete Wentz, in addition to that there will be a performance by Sting.

The telethon that all these stars will participate in will benefit numerous relief organizations including: United Way, the National Wildlife Federation and the Nature Conservancy.

I really respect the stars that are doing this telethon. Those that are doing it realize that people need help and they are doing something about it. This telethon should raise a lot of money, which will then help the relief organizations better help all the victims and so forth.

People that go out of their way to help other people especially when a disaster situation strikes are really appreciated and honored. It is very comforting to see that there are still people out there that simply want to help and that care about humanity.
