[/caption]If you have recently gotten an Apple iPad, you may be wondering which app is best for finding weather forecasts. Or, you may be wondering how you can convince your friends how cool your new iPad is and show them it's amazing features.
Well, Weather HD is the almost perfect app for this. If you want a weather forecast in high definition video, this application is for you. Basically, with this app you can select which city you want the forecast for and than the app will show you a high definition video forecast. It uses the iPad's stunning screen colors and graphics to make viewing weather a completely different experience.
You would have never thought that you could genuinely enjoy looking at the weather forecasts - or at least, I wouldn't have - however, this app makes you like it. I look forward to looking at the next day's weather forecast with Weather HD.
There are many nice things about this app, however, I find that sometimes you don't have enough time to watch even a short video for your forecast. The app's startup isn't exactly snappy so that might be something they want to improve.
The customer reviews are mostly positive. Most people love the way the app utilizes the iPad's power and screen capabilities in this app. Most people recommend this application over other, and as do I. It might not be perfect, however it is definitely much better than most other weather applications.
This app was built for the iPad so it is only compatible with the iPad and iPhone OS 3.2 or later. This is no big surprise as the HD in the name kind of gives that away.
This app is rated ages 4+ which is rather surprising. What, do they think a toddler wouldn't be interested in finding out if they can play today? ;)

This incredible display of the iPad's abilities and its unique idea is very exciting. I find this application took weather forecasts and threw them away, then, they started new and completely redesigned what you see when you want to look at your weather forecast. This is really good because it shows that technology is advancing even further. However, there are some problems with the app - as I stated above - and those could use some work, however it's mostly perfect and fixing those things probably won't take a lot of work.
