Nowadays it is very easy to wreck somebody's online reputation. With all the social networks, forums and blogs, it does not need much and you reputation can be completely ruined. One or two maniacs post an article or two with their opinion and then some other wild bloggers grab the thing and play ball with it. A few weeks later your once excellent reputation looks more like what you would expect from the guys where your mom told you not to play with, but not what is adequate for your name.
But there is hope. Your online reputation can be fixed. You do not have to sit there watching how the chop up your good name.
