I was checking marathon results on active.com and ran into an interesting article:

"8 Tips to Start Your Weight Loss Journey From Ben Davis"

If you think this is just another how-to-lose-weight-crap article, you are dead wrong. Just watch the video below and maybe, maybe ... you start to run one day.



Here is how Ben describes it on his blog:
On Christmas Day, 2008, I made a promise to my grandmother to get a grip on my obesity, my depression, and my life. I've lost 120 pounds, run marathons, and finished an Ironman.

"I wasn't anyone special. I don't have a history of marathoners in my genealogy. So when I say, "If I can do it, anyone can," you can trust it. All it takes is the actual desire to want to change your life. And you're there, or else you wouldn't be reading this. Again, congratulations; life is about to get a whole lot better."
